After a battle in the first half, the Grizz pulled away with a hat trick from Owen Scannell and 4 goals from Jack Alvey. Slide Method showed no quit and was led by their goalies, combining for 9 saves.

The Red Hook Boys were red hot tonight with goals from 7 different players, and goalkeepers Zac Ware and Zach Novak held it down between the pipes, combining for 13 saves. Snuss Powders put out a gritty performance, battling for every ground ball, and didn’t quit until the end. Led offensively by Trey Marcil and Lucas Doherty combining for 4 goals, the Snuss Powders best performer was their goalkeeper, Gene Sydor, who made an astonishing 14 saves.

Riptide came out hot and never turned back with a strong offensive performance from Brenden McClay with three goals and an assist and a stout showing in net by Harrison Asher. Cradle Rockers fought until the end, and goalie CJ Alessandri made a total of 14 saves.

ULAX LA Legacy team Malibu LC had a rough first match of their season, facing off against the highly coordinated, disciplined and motivated Red Rockets. Led from on the field by coach Mateo Lopez-Quintana (#28) who won many faceoffs for his boys in red, goal after goal kept breaching Malibu's defenses. However, new goaltender J. Medwin (#28) proved himself a valuable asset when he blocked more than one impressive shot from scoring. In the end, the score was 10-2 in the Red Rockets favor.

Two of the ULAX Los Angeles's most prominent teams faced off in the second game of the night in a titanic battle for league supremacy. In one corner, the recent ULAX SoCal Cup champions, the Beverly Hills Lacrosse Club were riding high off of their recent victories. In the other corner the former seven-time champions, the Chiefs who welcomed back star player Adam Dahms (#9). The competition was fierce from the get go, with Beverly Hills enjoying a three point lead throughout the first half. This began to change when the Chiefs came out swinging in the second half, eventually getting two goals from tying the match and ending with possession. In the end, the score was 6-4 in Beverly Hills favor.

In the first game of the ULAX Summer 2026 season the former Summer champions, the Mustangs faced one of the new teams this season: the Centurions. Both teams proved to be highly motivated but it was the Mustangs who had the advantage in team chemistry which provided many scoring opportunities. J. Yakatan (#42) of the Mustangs proved to be the games top scorer with three goals to his name. The final score was 7-2 in the Mustangs favor.
