The final game of Week 4 proved to be the most competitive contest of the night as Lock Jaw squared off against The Birds in a physical, high-energy battle between two talented teams. Lock Jaw came out with intensity from the opening faceoff, applying pressure on both ends of the field and frustrating The Birds early. Although The Birds generated plenty of offensive opportunities and outshot their opponent for stretches of the game, they struggled to capitalize, with several quality chances missing just wide of the cage. Lock Jaw made the most of its opportunities, building an early lead behind disciplined defense, timely saves, and efficient offense. Their ability to force turnovers and transition quickly kept The Birds from finding any consistent rhythm. After battling through a tough defensive effort, The Birds finally broke through and got on the scoreboard, refusing to back down despite the deficit. They continued to fight until the final whistle, but Lock Jaw's defense stood tall, limiting one of the league's most dangerous offenses to just four goals. In the end, Lock Jaw's balanced performance on both sides of the field proved to be the difference. Their defensive unit remained composed under constant pressure, while the offense delivered when it mattered most to secure an impressive 10-4 victory. With the win, Lock Jaw continued to establish itself as one of the league's top contenders, while The Birds showed the resilience and competitiveness that have made every one of their games entertaining throughout the ULAX summer season.

A defensive battle came down to the wire, but the Fellas came away with a hard-fought 5-3 victory. The offense was fueled by a hat trick and two additional goals to seal the win. Paddy battled until the final whistle, with one player recording a goal and an assist while two others each found the back of the net.

The Blue Monday belonged to the Stadium/N-SK squad with a game winning goal right off the faceoff at the start of OT. With the goal, Electric Blue has won the summer ULAX series as the first team to three victories. T-shirts are a hot commodities for both teenagers and adults. With a balanced scoring effort, Electric Blue had seven players who tallied points in the win. The high scoring player of the game was Ayman Al-Sidawi with five pts (4G/1A). The fifth and final game of the inaugural high school ULAX is on Monday. Great work everyone!

The second game of Week 4 featured an all-Bronx showdown as Bronx Lacrosse squared off against Bronx Science in a matchup that was far more competitive than the final score would suggest. Bronx Science came ready to play and frustrated Bronx Lacrosse throughout the opening stages of the game. Strong defensive rotations and outstanding play from the goalkeeper kept Bronx Lacrosse off the scoreboard early, forcing them to work for every scoring opportunity. The intensity was evident on both sides as the two Bronx teams battled for possession and competed on every loose ball. After a slow start, Bronx Lacrosse finally broke through with a pair of goals that shifted the momentum in their favor. Once they found their rhythm, the offense came alive. Crisp passing, timely dodges, and efficient finishing opened the floodgates as Bronx Lacrosse began to capitalize on nearly every opportunity. Despite the final margin, Bronx Science continued to battle with determination, showing grit and resilience against one of the league's top teams. However, Bronx Lacrosse's relentless offensive pressure and disciplined defense proved too much to overcome. When the final whistle sounded, Bronx Lacrosse earned a commanding 15-0 victory, continuing their impressive season while Bronx Science showed flashes of strong defensive play that they'll look to build on in the weeks ahead.

Week 4 of the ULAX summer season kicked off with the Risk Takers taking on Bay Ridge in a matchup that featured plenty of energy from the opening whistle. Bay Ridge came out aggressive and ready to compete, creating a pair of early scoring opportunities and putting pressure on the Risk Takers' defense. Although the shots missed the cage, Bay Ridge's fast start showed the confidence and determination the team has continued to build throughout the season. After weathering the early push, the Risk Takers quickly settled into their game. Their midfield took control of possession, pushing the pace in transition and creating quality scoring chances that led to an early multi-goal lead. As the game progressed, Bay Ridge struggled to clear the ball consistently, and the Risk Takers capitalized by forcing turnovers and converting them into goals. Despite the scoreline, the effort from both teams never faded. Every ground ball was contested, players battled for every loose ball, and the intensity remained high until the final whistle. Bay Ridge continued to compete with heart, while the Risk Takers showcased the complete team play that has made them one of the league's top contenders. When the game came to an end, the Risk Takers earned a convincing 12-0 victory behind dominant midfield play, relentless pressure, and a disciplined defensive effort that produced another shutout.
