Our night cap of week #2 was a battle between two winless teams, who both had close games in week one. Valhalla Vikings started strong behind 4 goals from Smith and 8 saves from Troche in cage. As this game went back and forth all night, the Shamrocks took the lead late and it seemed as if we might be headed to overtime, but Senese came up huge in cage. The Shamrocks played team ball on offense with assists on 7 of their 10 goals, 3 of which came from Massat. Bencic added 2 goals and 2 assists himself as the Shamrocks sneak out their first victory of the 2026 season 10-8.
