Women's Summer Lax Tourney on Randall's Island

(Turf Fields 82, 83, 84 and 85)

Welcome to the ULAX Liberty Cup. Games will be played on Randall's Island in NYC on July 25th. Register with a partial/full team or as a solo free agent and we'll place you on a team (space is limited).

Priority registration and a discounted rate (see rates below) will be given to the top teams of 2019 based on the Top 15 poll: Top 15 Women's Teams of 2019.


All teams will compete in a Round Robin on the morning/early afternoon of Saturday, July 25th to determine seedings with the top teams advancing to tournament play later in the day. Each team will be scheduled to play a minimum of 2-3 games (weather permitting).

The Cost:
  • ULAX Top 15 Teams of 2019: $500

  • All Other Teams: $750

  • Free Agents: $75/player

    • Cost Includes:

  • Round Robin: 2-3 scheduled games/team (18-minute running halves - weather permitting)

  • Playoff Tourney for the top teams: Semis and Championship (18-minute running halves - weather permitting)

  • ULAX Jersey (required to play - unless given prior approval to wear team custom unis)

  • Photos and Stats

  • Certified officials

  • Championship prize (e.g., shirts) for the Champs

  • Champions Team name added to the Liberty Cup Trophy!!

    • WEATHER POLICY:
    Games will be played rain or shine unless there is severe weather. We will send a tourney wide email to notify all players of any cancellations.


    REFUND POLICY:
    No refunds will be issued after the first registration deadline has passed. In case we have to cancel the tourney, in whole or in part, due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., inclement weather), we will provide a pro-rated refund based on the number of games played. No refunds will be issued if two games are played.
